Delhi has thousands of small workshops and units running specialised machines, from garment finishing and printing to metal fabrication and food processing. Most of them use control panels that were built long ago and patched many times. When one fails, production stops, and finding someone who understands the wiring is difficult.
Helping workshops and buildings across Delhi
We regularly help with this kind of situation. Our engineers look at the old panel, trace the circuit and prepare a clean set of drawings. Then we build a replacement that does the same job with better protection and proper labelling. In most cases the new panel can go in during a weekend or a short shutdown.
Building services are another large area. Water pumps, sewage lifting stations, ventilation fans and fire pump systems all need reliable control panels. These often need automatic level control, alternating pumps and alarms. We design them to be easy for facility staff to operate, with simple indication of what is running and what has tripped.
Old panel rescue
We trace, draw and rebuild worn control panels.
Pump control
Automatic level control and alternating pumps.
Simple operation
Clear indication for facility staff.
PLC panels
Touch screens where the process needs them.
VFD panels
Energy saving for pumps and fans.
Site visits
We visit Delhi premises to understand the setup.
Pumps, PLCs and energy saving
For newer machines or lines, we offer PLC panels with touch screens where the process needs it. We also build VFD panels for pumps and fans to save energy. If you are not sure what suits your unit, we are glad to explain the options without pushing the most expensive one.
Our workshop is in Greater Noida, a short distance from Delhi. Share your requirement, photos or old drawings, and we will get back with a proper proposal. If needed, we can visit your premises in Delhi to understand the setup before we quote.
Where it is commonly used
Before you place an order
If your panel was built years ago, the first step is to record what it does. Photograph it, note the machine functions and collect any drawings you have. From this we can prepare a clean circuit diagram, and the new panel will do the same job, with better protection.
For pump rooms, alarms matter as much as control. A simple alarm output or a light on the wall can tell staff that a pump has tripped or a tank is empty. It costs little and often prevents a small problem from becoming a big one.
